A short call
We talk for twenty or thirty minutes about your business, what isn't working, your budget and your timing. The call is free. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

You get a written proposal that lists what's included and what it costs, with a date for the first working version. The price doesn't move unless you ask for something new, and then you get a written quote for that before any work happens.
You send us what we need (your logo and the spreadsheet you schedule on) and we build. What you get back is working software that you can click through and try with your own information.
You use it and tell us what's off, and we fix it. The proposal says how much change work is included, usually two or three rounds.
We put it live and walk your team through the handful of things they need to know, then hand all of it to you: the software, your records and every login. We fix anything that breaks in the first thirty days at no extra charge.
After go live
If you'd like someone fixing small things and keeping the server (the computer your tool runs on) up to date, we can set that up as a monthly arrangement, or you can get in touch as things come up. If you'd rather run it yourself or hand it to your own developer, you already have everything you need, and we show you at handover what keeping the server up to date involves.
